DESCRIPTION
VARIABLE FEED SPEED
The conveyor belt feed is driven by a DC motor, providing variable feed speed from 3-20 FPM to suit all types of soft and hard wood workpiece.
It is located on the outfeed end of the table.
The conveyor belt running is controlled by a removable key switchto prevent unauthorized operation.
SANDING DRUMS
The machine is constructed of two sanding drums, allowing for coarse and fine result in one-time sanding.
The teo 5" diameter drums are dynamically balanced for extremely smooth running.
CONVENIENT THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT
The conveyor table elevation is operated by means of a crank handle.
A depth scale in both imperial and metric graduation is provided on the left of the machine frame for indicating the thickness adjustment value.
SANDING DRUM PARALLELISM ADJUSTMENT
The parallelism between the sanding drums and conveyor table is conveniently adjusted by turning the adjustment screw.
The front drum is fixed while the rear one is adjustable by the adjustment screw.
